From September 10 to 11, the 10th Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation was grandly held in Hong Kong. With the theme "Cooperation for Change, Building a Shared Future", this forum brought together over 6,000 political and business leaders, corporate representatives, and professionals from more than 90 countries and regions to jointly explore new opportunities and development paths for global cooperation. As a key project of China- Qatar bilateral cooperation, Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park was invited to participate in the event and became one of the highlights of the entire forum.

During the exhibition, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Province Ma Xin personally visited the Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park booth. Accompanied by our company's Chairman Yin Haijie, he thoroughly inquired about the progress of park construction, industrial layout, and international cooperation achievements. Vice Governor Ma Xin fully affirmed the accomplishments of the Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park in promoting Belt and Road capacity cooperation and serving Jiangsu enterprises' "going global" initiatives. He emphasized that the Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park should continue to play its role as a bridge and platform, strengthen in-depth collaboration with Qatar in high-end manufacturing, green economy, digital industries, and other fields, assist enterprises from Jiangsu and even China to expand into the Middle East market, and inject sustained momentum into China-Qatar economic and trade relations.

More notably, under the active invitation and promotion of China- Qatar Industrial Cooperation, His Excellency Ahmad Al-Sayed, Qatar's Minister of State for Foreign Trade, also attended the summit to closely monitor the development plans and implementation progress of the China-Qatar China LUYI Industrial Cooperation Industrial Park. Having served as CEO of the Qatar Free Zones Authority and Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), Minister Al-Sayed has demonstrated profound influence in international investment and trade. His presence not only reflects the Qatari government's proactive response to the Belt and Road Initiative, but also marks a new phase of more pragmatic and closer industrial cooperation and park co-construction between China and Qatar.

During this exhibition, Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park received over 200 professional consultants and established preliminary cooperation intentions with multiple local chambers of commerce and industry associations. Additionally, the park has engaged in substantive discussions with several enterprises in the fields of green energy and intelligent manufacturing, jointly exploring the possibility of co-building low-carbon industrial parks and creating a "Belt and Road" green supply chain in the Middle East region.
Chairman Yin Haijie stated that Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park will take this high-level forum as an opportunity to further expand its international cooperation network, enhance service capabilities, and accelerate the development of a model platform for China-Qatar economic cooperation. In the future, the park will continue to uphold the principles of "co-construction, sharing, and mutual benefit," actively respond to the call for high-quality development under the Belt and Road Initiative, and provide enterprises with comprehensive, cross-regional industrial ecosystem support.

The Qatar China LUYI Industrial Park, a flagship project invested and operated by Chinese entities in Qatar, serves as a strategic industrial hub. This integrated economic zone combines smart manufacturing, green technologies, oil and gas processing, logistics, and exhibition facilities to foster cross-border collaboration. Beyond benefiting enterprises in China and Qatar, it provides vital industrial connectivity and value chain integration services to the broader Middle East and North Africa region.
