The 11th Entrepreneur Conference and 9th Investment Seminar of the China Arab States Cooperation Forum grandly kicked off at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center from April 27th to 30th, 2025. Chinese guests including Jiang Zuojun, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference; Ren Hongbin, President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade; Xi Guohua, Chairman of CITIC Group, as well as foreign guests such as Khalid Hanafi, Secretary General of the Arab Federation of Agricultural, Industrial and Commercial Associations; Ahmed Mustafa Fahmi, Director of the Arab League Representative Office in China; provincial leaders Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee; Liu Xiaoming, Governor of Hainan Province, more than a thousand entrepreneurs gathered together.

       At the meeting, the "Qatar China Luyi Industrial Park" and the Hainan Cross border Industrial Interconnection (Middle East) Demonstration Park jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement. This cooperation fully utilizes the policy advantages of both countries and Hainan Free Trade Port to promote the coordinated development of industries in both countries.

        This conference is jointly hosted by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the People's Government of Hainan Province, the Secretariat of the League of Arab States, and the General Union of Arab Chambers of Agriculture, Industry and Commerce. With the theme of "Building Five Cooperation Patterns to Accelerate the Construction of a Community of Shared Future", the conference focuses on four topics: "Focusing on Energy Transformation, Building an Ecological Future Together", "Deepening Technological Innovation, Driving Industrial Upgrading", "Promoting the Integration of Culture and Tourism, Stimulating Consumption Vitality", and "Strengthening Financial Cooperation for Mutual Benefit and Win win".
