In order to deepen the economic and trade cooperation between Ningxia, China and Qatar in 2025, and promote the interconnection of enterprises between the two places, the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and the Qatar Free Zone Qatar China Luyi Industrial Park recently signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on Cross border Exhibition and Sales Integration Projects. The two sides will carry out all-round cooperation in key areas such as industry, commerce and trade, science and technology, culture and tourism, and jointly explore new development paths under the framework of the "the Belt and Road" initiative.   

Both parties will adhere to the principle of "equality, mutual benefit, and win-win cooperation", and focus on promoting the following cooperation contents:

1、 Strengthen cooperation in key areas. Both sides will work together to promote exchanges and cooperation in industries, commerce, technology, culture, tourism, and other fields, and encourage enterprises from both sides to further expand the import and export trade of production materials and consumer goods.

2、 Strengthen connection and communication. Assist and encourage members from both sides to engage in technical and professional skill exchanges; Strengthen the exchange of economic and trade information, and enhance the communication of investment project information; Strengthen personnel exchanges, organize pragmatic economic and trade delegations to visit each other, hold enterprise economic and trade exchange meetings, industry themed seminars and other activities, and provide convenience and assistance to each other.

3、 Expand two-way trade and investment. Both sides actively cooperate to further improve the investment and business environment, and encourage enterprises in Ningxia and Qatar to expand trade exchanges; Provide convenience and support to enterprises that have already invested or have planned investment and trade intentions, help coordinate and solve difficulties, and safeguard and protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties' enterprises.

4、 Encourage both parties to conduct joint research. Both sides closely integrate the economic development environment of the international market, encourage and support institutions and enterprises in both regions to conduct joint research on characteristic industries, jointly promote the two-way landing and development of advantageous industries, and form a pattern of industrial complementarity and competitive advantages.

This cooperation is an important measure for Ningxia to deepen its opening up to the outside world and integrate into the global industrial chain. As an important hub in the Middle East, the Qatar Free Zone will provide an efficient channel for Ningxia enterprises to expand into the Gulf market. The representative of the Qatar China Luyi Industrial Park stressed that the cooperation between the two sides will accelerate the docking of Qatar's "2030 National Vision" and China's "the Belt and Road" initiative, and help enterprises in both places share the development dividend.   

In the future, both sides will take cross-border integration projects as a starting point, explore the establishment of a normalized cooperation mechanism, and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the regional economy.
